Sandy Post-Storm Help

On October 29, 2012, Superstorm Sandy ripped across the New York tri-state area, leaving in her wake more than 50 billion dollars in property damage, flooding and power outages. The storm has passed, but following it thousands of homeowners and businesses were faced with delayed or denied insurance payments in their efforts to recover fair reparation.

Inundated with Hurricane Sandy claims, insurance companies have a vested interest in minimizing their payouts as much as possible, or suggesting low settlement amounts to policyholders.
